Hi, I’m Liz—Certified Pet Nutrition Coach, wellness educator, and founder of Pawsitive Wellness Coaching, where I offer personalized, holistic health guidance for dogs and cats.

But my journey into pet wellness didn’t start in a vet’s office or with an animal science degree. It started in a bank.

From Corporate to Companion Care

For nearly two decades, I thrived in banking, building a career rooted in creativity, strategic problem-solving, and helping people grow. I led projects and programs that supported employee engagement, talent development, and inclusive environments where people could flourish.

Then everything shifted.

In late 2024, I was laid off—and just weeks later, my senior dog Toby was diagnosed with canine cognitive dysfunction. I found myself drowning in conflicting information, searching for answers, and wishing for a guide who could help me make sense of it all.

That dual disruption—career loss and pet health crisis—sparked something new. It became my invitation to reimagine what “helping people” could look like.

Why I Started Pawsitive Wellness Coaching

Today, I channel that same problem-solving mindset into a new mission: helping pet parents feel confident, informed, and supported.

As a certified Pet Nutrition Coach and Pet Therapeutic Nutrition Coach (NAVC), I work with clients virtually to create personalized wellness plans for their cats and dogs. My approach blends whole-food nutrition, lifestyle shifts, herbal education, and compassionate coaching—because pets are family, and their health journeys deserve the same care and clarity we’d want for ourselves.
